Our “Heritage” restaurant can receive and serve 60-70 guests at once with a fully modern technology equipment kitchen in a highest standard of healthy environment and under Mongolian Master Chef Ch.Enkhjargal leads the team to work and serve delicious hot dishes and cold starters with attentive services around a fantastic view of area.
We have built 2 greenhouses measuring 15m x 6m and have planted some important vegetables such as cucumber, tomato, salad leaves, broccoli, green onion, parsley, spinach, lettuce and so on. Those can supply our own needs and we always use ecological and original products and also we have been supplied the vegetables to other neighboring camps. |
We have large Kazakh ger for dining hall which has 32 seats and serves all kinds of Mongolian national cuisines, Khorkhog, Boodog and dairy products. There are 2 kinds of services such as serve by menu or on request. We have added new service “Boodog Show” which is not often organized in other tourist camps. It brought us much success and it became one of the highest demands by our guests order.
In a warm summer’s night, sitting in our open-air beer garden gives you a feeling of paradise. Fresh drinks, Mongolian barbeque and a stunning view of the picturesque Terelj valley are all combined to enhance your enjoyment.
